„It was a cute little place for sure. And a nice little place to stay while we worked in Alligator Point over the weekend. The only complaint that I have is that we stayed in one of the single digit rooms and there was parking behind the building. Around 12:30 amsomeone pulled up with their car and left their lights on for a few minutes and it woke us up because the lights from the car came through the bathroom blinds and directly in our faces while we were in bed.“

„Great stay! Grabbed this charming apartment for a birthday getaway weekend for my wife. Right in the heart of Apalachicola near all the major restaurants and shops. When we arrived, we found a clean, 3-room apartment with Keurig machine, microwave, and small fridge already there. Apartment was very comfortable and cool with mini-split air conditioning in each room. Bathrooms were very clean. Ron, the host, was great! „The property was everything as described. Beach access was right across the road which made things very easy when taking chairs, etc. with us. A jump into the pool after a long day at the beach was so relaxing. The pool was never crowded because there's only six rentals on the property. The instructions given beforehand were very clear so we had no misunderstandings. The only thing I would improve on is the number of bath towels and wash cloths. „We enjoyed our stay hear. Unfortunately the weather was not very good for our stay but we can't blame anyone but mother nature. The couch could use an upgrade as it wasn't very comfortable. If the weather had been nicer we wouldn't have used it as much. We thought the place was right on the beach. It's only across the street but I thought it was right on. Overall it was a nice place.“
