„After I booked the room, I rang twice to check that the room was on the ground floor & both times not answered, so I left a written message with the booking & got no reply…….not a good start!
On entering the room it looked very tired, badly needs renovating.
No exhaust fan in the bathroom, the tap in the hand basin was so loose it nearly fell off when I turned it on. All the bottles in the shower were empty, no flannel/face washer, only 1 tiny bath towel for 2 people. The toilet was loose when ...

„Very clean room,Staff could not be more welcoming.
The food was amazing prepared by the in house chef.
All the staff who took us out on the ‘Safari’ drives were so knowledgeable and were amazing at seeing all the wildlife.
