„We have stayed with Steve and Deb many times, the Flinders never loses its appeal. This time we invited our UK friends for a taste of the outback, we had 4 days in the Flinders, plenty of time to checkout the gorges etc. Unfortunately it rained and rained and we were restricted to the sealed roads only, sometimes the best laid, and longest laid plans just don't work out, perhaps next time.“

„Great little hidden gem between Port Augusta and Quorn. We only stayed one night on our way back to Adelaide and everything else was booked, but to our surprise it was an amazing find. The cabin was clean and tidy, and had everything you need to feel like home. Hamish, the owner, was very welcoming. An added bonus was being able to switch off from devices for one night as phone service was limited. “

Spectacular clear skies and stars overnight. Cute little puppy and sheep for company. The house is old and compact, but has everything needed. The fridge and washing machine are old but reliable (unlike modern gadgets that have limited lifespans!). Plenty of coffee, lots of utensils. Beds are comfortable enough. Good ...
