„Booked a room for three. Only a bed for two was prepared despite paying and booking for three. The sofa bed which can hardly be named a bed (I felt only the construction and no mattress!) had dirty sheets. At the reception they told us the third person was expected to stay in the double bed with the two people. Absolutely rude and no free one person night was provided. At least new sheets were provided but only the next day. Also it’s next to a gas station, don’t recommend staying there. “

„Very nice hotel with great bay views. The room was clean and quiet, walking distance to all restaurants and shops, super friendly staff. the nreakfast was excellent for such hotel - big variety of cold and hot dishes, the only minus point is that the breakfast is only from 6.30 till 9.00 am“

„Es hat mir gut gefallen. Check in ging super schnell und ich habe ein Upgrade bekommen. Man kann zu Fuß in den Ort. Personal sehr nett. Leider keine Aussicht und das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig. Microwelle wäre schön. “

„There were ants in the bathroom, also was the dryer disappointing as the clothes were still wet when I put them out. Still it was okay, staff was very friendly and location is convenient“

„We did not feel comfortable at the Taipa Beach Resort. The restaurant was okay, the food was delicious. But the room was unclean, the trashcan was full when we arrived. The carpet and the curtains looked like a map. Lots of stains so we did not want to go out without shoes or wanted to close the curtains. And last but not least we caught a cockroach. Although the staff was very nice, we cannot recommend the resort.“

„We arrived late, it was dark. Great communication but when we got the key it was a little hard to follow the map as the area wasnt lit up that well and the signage was poor. When we got inside there were a few bugs 🐛. I went to boil the jug to make a bottle for my infant but the jug was really dirty. The sink couldnt see if it was hot or cold, could only get one element to work. Unable to connect to the wifi following the instructions. Not able to discuss with staff due to us arriving so late. ...
