„Helpful staff. Beautiful beach and pool. Nice rooms which are very clean and cleaned every day. Frequent problems with hot water, but this is common in Colombia. Inconvenient if you need to use an ATM - have to take a taxi into downtown Tumaco. “

„Nos fue muy bien con el hotel, queda en el centro de Tumaco y desde ahí se puede caminar o tomar transporte a las playas, además de tener acceso al comercio. Nos dieron condiciones mejores de las que habíamos reservado (semisuite). Hay múltiples opciones de desayuno. La limpieza y atención del personal son excelentes. Hay tinto disponible siempre. „There was a huge breakdown in communication. There is only one way to get to this resort and that is over the beach at low tide. Whilst they provided me with low tide information, they didn't tell me it was the only way to get to the hotel. Had I known this in advance (while booking!), I would not have chosen this hotel. There is no way I would drive over the beach with a rental small car that is not a 4-wheel drive SUV.“
