We checked in, our room was filthy, blood stains all over the bedding, dirt and hair in the shower, pee all over the bathroom floor, no bedding for the pullout couch. The site says there are cribs available, we were told they only have one and it was already taken and this is why we booked this hotel. Went to call down to the front desk about the filthy room, the extension is non-existent, so I used my cell phone to call outbound to get to the front desk. Let ...

„I booked this home at the last minute for my son and his family who traveled from Texas to attend a 50th anniversary celebration. I had booked another home and the door code didn’t work and we were never able to get access. I had to contact VRBO, who advised me to rent another property or hotel and my original booking would be refunded. When I contacted the host of this property she was so accommodating.
