„We have stayed at Mountain Haus several times and always find the condos spacious and the best value for the fantastic location right in Vail Village. The condos vary in decor and finishes, but we usually prefer a unit on the mountain side with views of the creek and gorgeous Vail Mountain. Full kitchens, comfy beds, a pool and a really awesome staff make this a gem among the pricey condos and hotel rooms of Vail.“

„wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kamin gebucht. wir hatten uns auf den Kamin sehr gefreut. Was wir vorfanden war jedoch eine große Klimaanlage aus Metall, die mitten im Kamin stand. Der Kamin konnte dadurch nicht benutzt werden. In der Buchung hieß es :Entspannung am Kamin. Von einer Entspannung kann man hier nicht sprechen. Hätten wir dieses bei der Buchung gewußt, dann hätten wir das Zimmer niemals gebucht.“

„I arrived 10PM and found a key and note outside the hotel, I managed to find my room and it was very comfortable with coffee making facilities. The next morning I asked for a late checkout and was allowed to stay until 3:30 pm which was excellent. I had a massage and went to a winetasting. The girl at the reception booked the ticket and gave me very good directions. Breakfast was continental, the coffee a bit weak American style otherwise with lots of fresh fruit.“
