Very helpful staff (they organized for me both a boat trip on the first day, and a car with driver after check.out to go to visit the mosques at Bagerhat and go on to Khulna. Very professional and freindly. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, and the berakfast superb, with a very wide range of choices.“

„When we requested water and cleaning service, they either delayed or refused us. Sometimes the toilet was very clogged in our room. And the breakfast was not at the expected quality. Otherwise, the room itself was very nice and safe. The pool was excellent. I would request the staff to improve their service.“

Asked for simple tea which not available only by machine! Swimingpool rent out to guest from other hotels!! So its become bublic swimingpool. Horrible experience. Swiming pool water doesnot rotate so water stays same always which is totally illigal activities doesnot fall in to any kind of hygine rating not even 1 star! “
