„I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks . „Good point is the personal. The personal is friendly and they just try to give their best. BUT this is the only good point. This hotel is far away from his prime time. Everything in this hotel is from feeling 50 years ago. Installation, noisy, dirty in the rooms, old towels and dirty bed, bad smelling in the room like a kitchen and over all COLD. The temperature in my room was 17C and no way to head it up. The bed was dirty. Over all not even a 2 star hotel. “

„The hotel did not honour as advertised on their third party platform on Expedia about the breakfast buffet. I paid for them when I booked the reservation online. Anyways once I checked in, the receptionist told me that I did not have breakfast included. Ultimately, since it was late I could not make another reservation, I end up staying. “

„I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com.
