„Hotel staff displays excellent politeness and competence“

„Very nice and big room, comfortable bed. The location is close to a commercial area and perfect for business with those companies. The breakfast is marvelous with huge variety if choices. I loved one breakfast staff who also worked in the Chinese restaurant. He went above and beyond to help me. The restaurants and rooftop bar were also nice.“

„Some staff were excellent (thank you), others just OK. I missed organizational professionalism.“

„Fantastic hotel with excellent service. Even at the airport they take of you at the check in. Absolutely recommendable!!!“

„Erwartungsgemäß sehr gut, war schon öfter dort :-)“

„The room did not look well maintained. The refrigerator was really filthy. The bathroom sink seemed damaged and dirty. The room floor had stains all over. Disappointed with the room, considering the charges being paid and this being a 4 star hotel.“

„befriedigend“

„Pros: Good breakfast. Nice laundry facilities, very clean and useful Negatives: Rooms are like match boxes, tiny and cramped. Shower and toilet are cramped and lacking maintenance. Bed sheets, towels down to bare thread . Buffet dinner is not worth the price“
