„I dont normally leave reviews, but Ciel y Miel was an absolute gem. We will 100% be staying again. The view alone is worth the stay (breathtaking). The staff is incredible, they made us feel like their only guests in every way. And the food is to die for! I have two new all-time-favorite dishes after dining here. There are a limited number of units, making the experience feel very exclusive. We had the private beach all to ourselves for an entire afternoon. If you're into the all-inclusive ...

„Unfortunately never found the hotel as the map locator was 15 miles away. Looked for an hour on the map locator and couldn't find. Hopefully they fixed it now. DO NOT GO TO PORTOBELO village to find this hotel. Maps wrong.“

„Fijn klein zwembad, mooi uitzicht. Overall fijne plek!“

„Biggest initial impression was the smell of old oil and fish from the water. They need to clean up the mess in the water near the restaurant. Room was nice for the cost. No one showed up to provide breakfast this morning even though the sign said 8 am. So we went hungry. Left the room key on the door handle as no one showed up so we could check out. At dinner, they were out of every menu item I selected. 5th choice for dinner. Lucky, there was only one other menu item left.“

„This is not an apartment in Portobelo like the map indicates. It's a house about a mile outside of town and it's a bit rundown. The AC can't keep up with the heat and the entire house has a slight musty smell. I left 2 weeks ago and I still can't get the musty smell out of my CPAP machine. We left early after only 2 nights because the house was so hot and and uncomfortable. The host was great. Very friendly and responsive and he provided great information on local attractions, but he was ...

„Absolutely amazing!!The property is exactly as advertised. Very spacious condo, very clean and it was equipped with everything we needed. The beach and resort are perfect for a family vacation. The host was fantastic! Very friendly, and made the communication process very easy! My family and I had a wonderful time! We are definitely coming back!“

„Staff, especially William, was helpful. The elevator did not work for a couple of days and 8th floor was a bit of a walk. The driveway access is in a really poor condition. The room was just fine. “

„Ocean view! Peaceful and the staff was SUPER attentive and friendly.“

„No internet, No hot water,no swimming in front of villa - a real unpleasant North American (= owner)experience , in beautiful Central America“

„traumhafter Ausblick, prächtige Umgebung, sehr freundliche Gastgeber “

„This property was well kept and managed, even with a few glitches the property owners were very responsive. It’s a peaceful environment we wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.“
