„Good clean place.Nice restaurants with good food.Nice buffet breakfast but could be improved by adding more continental food items like scrambled eggs,boiled eggs,bacon.But overall not bad.Staff communication in english is below par.“

„The Fern is a lovely property in a dismal location, however we were only visiting for one night as we had a flight to catch the next morning. Room size was generous, nice amenities and in site restaurant was of a good standard. Would visit again if it wasn't for the location. Maybe better in the daytime, but didn't really see the location during the day. “

„Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language. The guys were on it ...

„Third rate rooms with old, ugly looking furniture, poor internet connection. Lousy service. No one at front desk in late evening or early morning—staff are sleeping and don’t like waking up. Photos on website are deceiving in making rooms look better than they are. “
