Shower/water pressure (we were on level 4). 2. TV channels – the picture quality was very poor, and none of the channels were enjoyable to watch. 3. „Das Hotel ist schon arg in die Jahre gekommen und auch alles drum herum. Der Wasserpark und das ganze vergnügungsviertel daneben ist genauso verbraucht. Renoviert wird wenn nur notdürftig. Typisch Malaysia. So lange benutzen wie es geht und dann neu bauen.“

„Wir haben auf der Reise von Penang nach Kuala Lumpur im Hotel Taiping Perdana übernachtet. Das gebuchte Superior Zimmer war sehr sauber. WLAN und Garage war inklusive. An der Réception waren nur "Trainees" - die Verständigung in Englisch war nicht einfach - das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hat sich Mühe gegeben, unsere Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis des Hotels ist sehr gut.“

„The hotel is clean and situated next to the Mall and Tesco, which is convenient. The room is big and the bed very comfortable. The down side is that the KTV Lounge downstairs play very loud music which can be heard all the way up the upper floors where I was. This is not the fault of the hotel itself, but the consequence of its location being at the periphery of Taiping town and residential areas.“
