The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The overall service was smooth and well managed. The location is peaceful and calm, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Overall, it was a good stay with a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Rohm Staycations to others.“

„A terrible place in a seedy locality. The front desk refused to acknowledge my hotels.com booking. I had to go elsewhere searching for a better hotel. Either Hotels.com has no presence in the Indian hospitality sector, or there is no proper procedure for screening loyalty hotel members.“

„Terrible place and very different to the photos, very old rooms, bugs infested rooms. Also found rat in the room. No water supply for a good few hrs. Please don’t book this hotel“
