„I can’t even find the words to describe how terrible this Hotel Jerai is ..!!! THE ROOMS AND THE BATHROOM ARE FILTHY.. THE SINK DRAINAGE PIPE LEAKS.. ! THE REST OF THE HOTEL IS A DISASTER ZONE ..!“

„room was comfortable but there was no service lift to go to upper floor which is a hassle for me as i have a big luggage with me. the water pressure in the shower was poor. serivce at the cafe d'luaq was also slow. other than that it was a pleasant stay“
