„It’s a standard motel in a small town about 25-30 miles away from Route 66. We were looking to see a bit more of countryside instead of driving the interstate and we found it. The town is made up of about ten streets and has maybe a population of 4000. I guess the nearby prison provides the town with jobs. The room and furniture were older. It was ok for a nights stay.“

„The room smelled musty, but was clean. They said they served continental breakfast. There was no coffee. The clerk made a pot, but the maker was so plugged that it only dripped by drops into the pot. So no coffee. Breakfast was packaged donuts and granola bars. The door for the ice machine was locked. There were 3 employees standing around smoking weed. They just shrugged and didn’t unlock the door. It’s a cheap price and that’s what I got. Cheap.“

„The room we got didn’t even have a number on the door 👀 ceiling was sagging so bad I thought it would cave in. Tub was angled towards the wall and the drain excessively someone with bad balance will be breaking their neck lol. Definitely doesn’t match the photos they have posted.“

„This property is gorgeous. I thought I’d really dislike the portopotty but it was relatively clean. Funny enough it was the only place I could get cell reception We brought our 10 year old and he was excited to roam the rolling hills and creek. Next time we’ll be back for a more romantic stay. The air conditioner made it very cool. It was about a 25 minute drive into town. Wish we could have stayed longer!“
