„Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Good breakfast. Convenient location.“

„Overall, quite okay. Practical and clean.“

„The staff were friendly but as far as helpful, no. The people in the next 2 rooms have 2 large dogs barking non-stop, running around in each room and nothing is done about it. The lady at checkout said they have had several complaints from several guests & the owner & manager are aware and do NOTHING about it.“

„Liked nothing. Dirty and smelled like burnt grease. Room door was bent and loose. Toilet leaked sewage at the floor. Bed sagged was like sleeping in a bathtub. Ran out of hot water at 4 AM shower. Not worth it even if free. Should get a refund.“

„Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr sauberes Zimmer, alles tip top, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Dankeschön, toll!“

„The host was amazing. He answered the couple of questions I had immediately. The place is so beautiful and peaceful. The sky at night is breathtaking from the hot tub. “

„Cool place. Silence from the road noise was awesome.“

So needs another mini split in back of cabin or central air. There was dog food on the floor in the living room. And we had no dogs with us. So had to be from ...

„Much better than a hotel. 30 min to arkansas campus“

„Really nice place to stay! Very clean! Hosts were kind and genuinely care about their guest’s experience.“

„We loved the cows! The house was amazing and in between the activities we did. We would recommend this property to anyone!“

„Great location, beyond happy with our stay.“
