I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score. “

„We used this for 6 days of skiing. Ski access is immediately across the street. One cannot ski back, but a free bus service is available. The staff spoke impeccable English and were always very helpful. There is a pleasant restaurant. Sometimes only a limited menu is available, e.g. one evening only a cheeses fondue with chacuterrie was available. Note that is was excellent.“
