„We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Kansas City Country Club! The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. At check-in, we were surprised and delighted to be named “Guest of the Day,” which included complimentary breakfast—a special treat that made our stay even better. This was our third time staying here, and we’ll definitely be back. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is fantastic—perfect for enjoying everything Kansas City has to offer. „We enjoyed our night at the Elms in late August. The rooms were updated & comfy, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely - it would be a beautiful location for a fall getaway. They have a nice pool, hot tub, several fire pits & conversation areas for guests. One thing to be aware of - there is one small elevator for 5 floors. It wasn’t a problem while we were there, but it could be an issue for a large group. I would absolutely go back! “

„We found out that the elevator ws down upon arrivg at 11:00 PM. Was given a room on th 3rd floor, which required carrying luggage up stairs. Upon speaking to manager thr next morning and inquiring about being given a discount, was provide with an upgrade to King Size room on 1st floor.“
