„The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return.“

„Gute Lage aber Zimmer schmutzig. Wenn man eine Reinigung haben möchte, muss man diese am Vorabend bekannt geben, sonst wird nicht geputzt. Wobei der Boden wurde wahrscheinlich schon seit Wochen nicht mehr aufgewaschen wurde.“

„The premises were underwhelming. It was neat enough and clean enough, but the little things that make it welcoming were missing. For example, an information booklet on how to use appliances would be helpful. A welcome printout on the area would be appreciated. The kitchen could have been better presented, the fridge could have been cleaner, the crumbs in the toaster could have been emptied. There certainly were enough dishes, glassware and cutlery but no placemats, paper serviettes, or cotton ...
