„Eines dieser Hotels, die auch noch Ferienwohnungen anbieten. D.h. man weiss nie genau, was man kriegt. Ich war der Meinung, dass ich eine Wohnung gebucht hatte, bin dann allerdings im Zimmer 1 des Hotelgebäudes gelandet. Da hat`s mir gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war klein aber zweckmässig, sogar mit Meerblick und für 2 Nächte völlig ok. Einige Zimmer haben einen Balkon mit Blick auf den "Nut". Es hat einen Wasserkocher, einen funktionierenden TV und auch WLAN, was in Unterkünften in Tasmanien eine ...

„Loved my little get away. Beautiful little part of Tassie. Fantastic friendly service. Carolyn lent me her own personal phone charger for the duration of my stay ( forgot mine ). Lots of easy walking tracks around the river. Will definitely be back . “

„The cabin was very private and overlooked the lake. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Nice ground area to relax, explore and walk around. It was about a 5/6 minute drive into Stanley. “

„We stayed in the studio cottage. It is with good ambiance and very spacious unit with full stocked kitchen facilities. The sea view is excellent and all made our stay very pleasant. There was a recent ownership transition and check in was through a phone call. We booked another unit originally with welcome gift and that was changed and we only found out after checking in. The new owner called and apologised and promised some compensation but never heard again. There was no instruction on WiFi ...

„Very welcoming open hosts who offer lovely facilities and great guest care. When i jokingly added "boerewors" (unique South African sausage) to the breakfast menu selection, the host drove to Burnie to source some (not easy to find) and lo and behold it appeared on my plate for breakfast! Fantastic service - above and beyond!“

„Uninterrupted views of the ocean. Loved the barrel fire pot on the veranda. Didn't need it, but just lovely to be out there. Great place for an extended family to hang out, beachcombing, fishing or just sitting with a wine and a good book. Its got it all, and all the things you need if the weather gets wild and woolly.....didn't happen in our case. “

„This property was in a great location. We hardly used the car during our stay and enjoyed walking everywhere. It was so well decked out and had everything we could possibly need. So many lovely pictures and personal touches. I would definitely love to stay here again!“
