We were lucky to have been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt, which I would book first time if we came again as see that the one bed would be small for 4. It had everything we needed (except a fan) Like everyone else who stayed whilst the weather was around 35 degrees, we struggled with the heat and no air con, had to sleep with the bedroom door open (we had a ground floor apartment but it felt safe). „Lovely hotel in an old country mansion. Beautiful grounds. Very helpful staff able to assist in booking tours. Quiet location 15 min walk into town and slightly closer to train station. Our room was small, but nice. Comfortable bed. Dinner in the restaurant was really delicious. “

„Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Es ist nicht besonders schön und nicht romantisch. Trotzdem ist es unglaublich praktisch für eine Durchreise weiter in den Süden. Es ist super gelegen. Es lohnt sich, den Ort Chinon anzusehen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und saubere Zimmer. Absolut ruhig. Der Ort lohnt total für einen Zwischenstopp. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.“
