But the whole day they had power issues, and before booking they did not notify that they frequently have power issues with no electricity support coming thru. The staff could not solve the issue rather delayed response despite booking the best suite they had to offer. So i would suggest booking in a different area where they don’t have frequent power problems. Again, Hotel itself is not bad; it was okay-ish, but 70% of the time there ...

„The rooms are very spacious which is the best aspect of the hotel. The bathroom floor around the toilet was dirty and the shower and walls needed a scrubbing. The rugs in the room were filthy. The balcony floor was so dirty I tracked black footprints into the room after walking on it. “

„Single room is very basic and doesnt look like photos. Windows have gaps. Many mosquitos get into the room. Staff kept asking for tips. 1st employee asked for tip when i requested soap. Concierge asked for tip when i requested toilet paper. At midnight 12 am 1st employee banged loudly on my door while i was sleeping and turned the handle while attempting to enter room.
