„This hotel is a catastrophic failure! In ten days just one day cleaning service! Every day I was at the front desk to please clean up my room and they told me yes we will do but nothing! The cradled is not working at all and you have to go to the front desk several times. Very unprofessional staff and not once of the cleaning service understands a word in English. After 11 pm there suspicious people around the hotel and you don’t feel really safe. Many times officers were around the hotel. The ...

„The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies.“

„ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. “
