„The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. „Perfect location in the heart of Wroxham/Hoveton. Nowhere better to sit and enjoy a drink by the river and watch the hustle and bustle of river life, tempered by the tranquility of the wildlife. Exceptionally friendly staff, especially if you are a dog, as one staff member quoted " We love dogs more than we love people" but qualified that by saying the "We love people also" and it shows. „As I filled in the check in form online before arrival, the whole process took literally a couple of seconds. The staff were very polite and answered all our questions. We had a set menu dinner at The Terrace hotel restaurant - very reasonable price and top quality food, we had all three courses. Good selection of wine also. Next morning we had breakfast- again, plenty of choice and service “

Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning.
