„The Pickers’ Hut is a great place to stay. The pizza oven is gold and makes for an even more enjoyable experience. The fenced yard is perfect for the dogs. The location is quiet. Even on cold nights the hut is warm, comfy and cosy. The bed is comfortable for a good night’s sleep too. This was a return stay for us and are most certainly happy to come back again. „Spent 4 nights over new years here and it was such an amazing, relaxing and enjoyable time with my partner. We went kayaking along the river bank, swimming, had a bath during sunset over looking the water, bbqs and a fire outside. We didn’t even need to leave the property. We disconnected from the rest of the world and enjoyed time together just the two of us. Don’t think twice and book this one in, we can’t wait to come back. Beautiful place. “

„This was a roomy brand new house in a quiet area a short drive from shopping, Lake Bonney and the Exhibition Centre, where we needed to be each day. Everything was provided for our needs. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. We will be back!“

We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and got to meet Marianne too which was great. We also enjoyed a bbq and found the property to be beautifully decorated and very comfortable. „We enjoyed our stay there. It was nice to be able to walk around the park and talk to others. It was right on the river so it was lovely. The Kangaroos came out in the evening. We were told by other park users that they raise the bridge at 9.30 am for houseboats to get passed. So we made sure we waited around to see that in the morning. The only problem was finding the place as the entrance was hard to find. We did drive right passed it coming across the bridge.“
