„Hotel room was clean inside, but the yard/parking lot was very dirty, lot of sand and small gravel pieces close to the room that got inevitably taken inside when room is entered. Sadly, the window was blocked and could not be opened to have fresh air for a good sleep. The air condition in the room was awfully noisy so that we had to turn it off. Consequently, the air became very warm and stuffy over night and we could hardly sleep. Moreover, the temperatur controller of the shower didn't work, ...

Wir mussten mehrfach aus dem undichten WC ausgetretenes Wasser vom Boden entfernen. Beim Check Out an der Reception hat man sich weder für die Mängel entschuldigt noch evtl. einen Nachlass gewährt. Das geht so gar nicht.“
