„Roaches, bugs in bed, complained and no on helpped“

„Our overall stay was excellent when we were there from Friday (8/8) until Sunday (8/10). Our room was cleaned when we first checked in. The only thing that was unusual was the setup of our bathroom because sink and faucet were located right next to our main room door. Toilet and shower were together in the same room separate from sink & faucet. This set up reminded me of how some of the bathrooms in France were set up. The biggest gripe for me was the stairway across from room 302 going down ...

„The facility was nice. Everything else was disappointing. In these high temperatures, not having a refrigerator is embarrassing. Every other hotel I've stayed in has had a refrigerator. A microwave would also be nice. Breakfast is not offered. Coffee in the lobby is ridiculous because it's a long walk away. The pool is also far from the room. And last but not least, I was woken up by a leaf blower right outside my room door at 7a.m.. That's very disrespectful to the guest. Lots of insects ...
