„Rooms were not overly clean. Bathrooms seemed to be only lightly cleaned between room change over. Hair in shower and on the floor. The sheets had a weird smell. Towels were very thin and only gave 2 per room. The second day we never received fresh towels and when going down to the front desk to get fresh ones we were told someone would deliver them. The towels never came. The facility was mid renovations.“

„We booked 2 queens with sleeper sofa for 2 nights. however, they only have a sofa bed in the Kingbed Rooms. But on their homepage it says there is one in the room description (not divided into queen and king). Hotel.com also says there is one. „Overall, we had a great experience! The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We were only there for one night, and while the price was quite high due to Parents’ Weekend, we would definitely stay here again in the future.“

„Zuvorkommender Frontdesk Chef. Speisesaal frisch restauriert und sehr schön und zweckmässig. Sehr gutes, warmes Frühstück. Zimmer zum Teil noch nicht alles fertig. Verpflegung in nächster Umgebung. Gute Unterkunft, zum empfehlen.“

„I don’t expect much from hotels anymore that’s why I so pleasantly surprised by our stay. Excellent check in, thorough, professional. Loved loved loved the social on a Monday evening. Linens were new and clean, beds were great and breakfast was outstanding. This is what hotels should strive to provide! Job ...

„The staff was outstanding. Upon checking in we had a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed/added in our room. When I notified the front desk, the person on duty personally took care of it within 15 minutes! I was very impressed-and appreciate-their level of customer service“

„Moderne Infrastruktur. Freundliches Personal. Ruhig. Sicher. “
