„My stay was great at first I did have an issue I couldn't get wifi to stay connected signal was to weak and I use it for work an family messaging and the manager was very friendly not only did he switch my room but gave me an even better one at no extra cost for the upgrade and I gotta say all the staff here are very nice always asking to help or if we need anything even if the hotel it self was crappy (but it's not) having great staff like that makes people keep coming back or giving it another ...

„Cabin was excellent. Very clean. Kitchenette has everything you need. Fantastic view of Norfork Lake. If you reserve Lake View Cabin you may get any one of 3, although one is named Lake View. Lake View cabins are 30 feet from busy Hwy 177. Traffic is non-stop. Very noisy. Grill good but very pricey. Be sure to reserve a table. If you eat on the patio request a fly fan.“

„The hotel was clean and the stay was fine. The original booking here on Expedia said the room was supposed to sleep 5 and it did not. There were just two double beds. They did not have roll away beds either. We had to go out and buy an inflatable mattress for the night. The man at the counter said that was Expedias fault so I’m not sure. “

„Really nice cabin with awesome view of the White River. Very close to Cotter and excellent trout fishing. The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. Great communication with host and easy check-in. Definitely booking this place again....don't pass it up!“
