„Room disappointing., very clincal. Booked king room with kitchenette. There is no comfortable seating area. Shower room is good quality and modern. Bed is rock hard and uncomfortable. Kitchenette is lacking most basic items. Cheapest of plastic drinking + wine glasses?. Main door directly onto car park is positioned a couple of feet from the bed, the glass window in + above the door flood in light during the night which is very disturbing.“

„Very god value for money“

„Arrived late evening and was met by a very friendly receptionist, who sorted out everything very quickly. The property is being upgraded and therefore has building going on, how's the room was of a really good standard and very clean. I was very impressed. The breakfast was good and had a good choice. Will use again and definitely recommend it.“

„Great find. A very reasonably priced guest house. Easy and private access to the guest bedrooms using a code key. The bedroom and separate private bathroom were lovely and clean and very light and airy. I’ve got to say the bedding felt beautiful. Breakfast was basic but was included in the price we paid. „Please don't go by the pictures, they are just of the bedroom and kitchen. The rest is like living in the roughest neighborhoods of Uk. There's dirty nappies, old carpets, rubbish & mattresses, all across the street. Most of the properties there are boarded up. There's NO parking.
