„Das Inn ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Restaurants vor Ort sin geschlossen. Zu den andrten Restaurants wird ein Shuttledienst angeboten“

„I had a couple of issues during my visit. All of them were resolved in very quick fashion. The property was quiet except for a few minutes early in the morning, trucks getting ready for their day. This noise did not last long so it certainly was in acceptable range. The breakfast was somewhat limited, but I found enough to carry me until lunch. Overall, this is a good property for what I paid.“

„All good except breakfast. Open 6–9 went down at 8. Only hot food left was waffles Fortunately there was a Waffle House right down the street“

„The guy ( coach ) n the lobby was not really friendly. Ann from the bar/restaurant was perfekt.“

„No comment - sad“

„Beautiful hotel that pays attentions to the details. Do not stay anywhere else when visiting Albany. You will not be disappointed.“

„Multiple negatives so look elsewhere to stay. Looks like a cheap motel with hourly rates. Didn’t end up staying. They didn’t have my reservation anyway. Also, wrong address, wrong name of hotel and frustrating Hotels.com service“

„I was greeted by a roach as soon as I opened the door. The cleaning of the room was subpar. The door has a huge gap underneath it and I asked for them to repair it but placing weather stripping. It never happened. Then a saw another baby roach. They had the room treated and finally got rid of the roaches. Also had dirty linen placed on my bed one week.“
