When I asked for extra towels to do so, no one offered to come clean it for us or a different room and they were even hesitant about giving us additional towels. „I liked that there was a decent breakfast offered and the area for eating was clean. The menu was fairly good. The staff was courteous and professional.“

The noise level was too much - I had asked about a quiet room and the front desk attendant put as right next to the elevator across from a room filled with screaming children who continually slammed doors. Front desk staff left mops out while not in use, and the stairwell was FILLED with old mattresses - made me wonder if there was a bed bug issue? I have never had an issue with a La Quinta before, this one made me think twice about staying again.“
