„The Bartizan is a really nice hotel with a great view over the ocean. I had the tower room which was small and gorgeous. However, it was not perfectly clean (the fan was super dusty, my bedsheets did not smell very fresh), plus the water pressure in the shower was super low and the water cold. Breakfast was really good and was served in the courtyard - or on the terrace upon request (only advisable in early morning hours, otherwise it will be too hot).“

Man ist in einem komfortablen Hotel an einer gut befahrbaren Straße mit Tuktuk Anbindung zur Stadt Gaulle (ca 2 Euro für die Fahrt) oder zum Unawatuna Strand mit vielen Restaurants und Bars (ca3€ Fahrt), aber fußläufig zum traumhaften Jungle beach. Wir konnten Affen, Iguanas und andere Tiere sehen. Lokale Bevölkerung wohnt in der Gegend, Sehr nett. Man kann auch zu Fuß durch den Wald, das ist super ...

„Large rooms with comfortable bed right on the beach. Easy walking to many tourist shops and many restaurants. Lots of fresh seafood available from these restaurants. Staff was very friendly and eager to help with a smile. The restaurant prepared a seafood grill each night and set tables with candies at the edge of the surf. Breakfast was very good with lots of fruit and an omelette station as well as curry. Can’t go wrong staying here. “
