„Kind and helpful staff upon arrival. Tried to charge me for my stay again when I was departing though. Maybe better communication between Expedia and the Resort or Hotel is needed.“

„Awesome rooms, friendly staff :)“

„Beautifull property but overpriced. “

„etwas abgelegen, dafuer ruhig, in einer noch eher natuerlichen Landschaft, eigener Wagen empfehlenswert, onsen water wirked,“

„Beautiful ryokan and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had. The meals were really excellent. Hotel is new so I guess the management still has to fine tune its service. For example, the dining times could be a little more flexible instead of just 2 fixed seatings for bf n dinner ; and a coffee making machine in the rooms would be a really welcome plus factor.“
