„Leider hat es am Gang nach Rauch gerochen. Hotelpersonal war etwas verwirrt, war der festen Überzeugung wir hätten ohne Frühstück gebucht, was nicht der Fall war. Als Entschuldigung haben sie uns dafür Obst & Cookies aufs Zimmer geschickt. Sie waren nicht in der Kage uns ein Taxi mit Taxometer zu bestellen sondern nur eines mit fixem Betrag. Das Hotel an sich ist schön, sehr nah am Parkeingang und nah an den Restaurants.“

„Schönes Hotel, aber auch nicht ganz günstig. Leider sprachen die Personen bei den sightseeingbüro dort gar kein Englisch. Auch mit übersetzungsapp hatten wir keine Chance. Dafür super Rezeption. Ein Herr sprach super englisch und hat uns geholfen. 24 Stunden room Service, haben wir aber nicht getestet. Frühstück war Riesen grosses Buffet mit allem was man sich nur vorstellen kann. „This hotel was my stop between the airport and the park. It is very conveniently located to both the airport (10 minutes by taxi) and the cable car stop for Tianmen Mountain (10 minutes walking or 3 by taxi). It was comfortable, clean, and far enough away from the road to avoid loud noises. The staff also helped me to solve a booking issue at no extra charge.“

„Cons- Very far from most tourist destinations, expect to spend more money on taxi, and hotel adds surcharge to book cabs. Insect comes into the room because it's in forest area. Air Conditioning in Hotel isn't the best, it is just sufficient, but room remains warm. No restaurants other than hotel's own restaurants. Expect to pay slightly more for hotel food. „The hotel is a 5 stars one. The pool is not wow but make the work. The place is well maintained. One thing shocked to me is that they turn off the AC after 10 am aprox until 4 PM. Not sure if they do that in common areas to save electricity or what.. poor employees that need to work with all that heat.“

„The front staff didn't speak English (though, someone was e-mailing me in English, but I guess I never met this person). We used a translator app back and forth which helped a lot, so I was grateful they had that. In order to use the AC I had to go down to the front desk each day and ask them to turn it on. „The hotel has obviously seen better times in the past - needs renovation works in many areas. The front desk personal and staff in the restaurants are incapable to speak one single word English. The so called "international" restaurant is normally closed/lights out; only if foreigners are coming they prepare some desks. The "international" menue is an illusion, most meals from the card are not available, what is available is made from a cook who never has learned to prepare international ...
