„We had a generally pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and communicated well, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth. The apartment was clean, luxurious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable experience. One big plus was the underground parking, which was very convenient. However, there were a couple of downsides: The bathroom floor flooded after each shower, as there was no slope for water drainage. The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy. „Very poor experience - asked for iron for clothes, they provided partially damaged one and full of dirt. I cleaned the iron using the small towel in the room and was asked to pay for the towel as it had more than normal dirt!! Hotel claimed that damaged which was not the case but did not accepted their fault of handing a dirt accumulated iron which if not cleaned would have left my shirt non usabale for the day!!! “
