"When I was there the front entrance had been blocked due to we were told some administrative thing. I was not informed that the entrance was through the garage which was a) hard to find and b pretty weird. Aside from the waste of time trying to find the entrance and all the irritation caused by that, the team, including the manager approached me directly to apologise and make amends. The place is great and I would highly recommend. Great location, nice rooms, and they seem very receptive to feedback. Despite the fact that my stay was a bit rocky to start with, I would absolutely recommend."
