In very cold Mexican nights, you basically sleep in a very cold environment (note: there is also no air con available in hot summer days either). The communication with the management was not successful. They will offer you blankets. All in all, it was disappointing. I will not stay at Kukun hotels again. “

Die Dusche war einfach verkalkt unter anderem… und bitte macht eine vernünftige Glasfront oder Sowas rein. Dass die Hotels immer noch nicht verstanden haben dass ein Duschvorhang echt nicht in einem Hotel gehört ist mir ein Rätsel! Es war hübsch aber etwas vernachlässigt unsauber! Nettes personal die aber leider kein Ton englisch gesprochen oder verstanden hat. ...

„The overall experience in Nowness is good, great location, brand new 2-bedroom apartments, very nice concierge girl Diana. Very good deal for a family or group of friends that need more rooms. But the property lacks proper management team and it feels more like a vacation rental business. There is no coffee or breakfast area in the property, but lots of places around. If they could change the management accordingly, set a coffee and breakfast area, improve the quality of the kitchen wares, ...

„Great place and central location in Mexico City to explore. Windows did not look out onto anything except more building would have liked a little bit of a view but was hard to tell with the pictures. Overall was clean , spacious and great base for exploring. Water in shower took very long to heat if at all, low pressure. Housekeeping once or twice would have been nice.“

„Gorgeous new property with the nicest staff. The rooms are spacious, designed well, and immaculate. The street is quiet, but walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Our only minor complaint is the beds are a little too firm. We plan to stay here on our future trips to Mexico City.“
