„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “

„The breakfast is nice, lots of fresh fruit, plus coffee/tea/hot cocoa and juice (orange, cranberry), and traditional eggs and bacon/sausages. Weekend days, an extra item such as waffles or a mini-parfait. All of these are not to-go at all, a server will bring your beverages to the table. Served 8 to 11 am. I’m sure it’s normal to ask for a security deposit while booking but they sent us a message while we were on the road after our booking had already been confirmed.
