„The owner, Chris, is great! Really good about answering emails. The apartment is cute and well stocked with kitchen equipment. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating of the check-in service, was that when we arrived and entered the apartment, it had not been cleaned. Managed to get ahold of Chris and was immediately assigned another apartment. Enjoyed the rest of our stay!!!“

„We were in town for a wedding and wanted to find a place for the 4 of us to stay together instead of getting separate hotel rooms. It was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a weekend stay. You do need to go down a flight of steps to enter, so if you have an injury or disability, keep that in mind!“

„What a wonderful stay! This private flat is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, the neighborhood is nice & quiet but close to town for shopping & dining. Baley is a great host who responded very quickly to my questions. Check-in is super easy. If we visit Manitowoc again, this is where we are staying. Thank you for everything, Baley!“

„We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Appleton. The space was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely set up and decorated. We especially appreciated the fans and all the hooks! Small things that make a big difference. Location is great, College Ave was interesting and fun to walk up and down. Very close to Authors, the best restaurant in Appleton. The gift shop right under the apartment, Blue Moon, was also great. Minor downsides are no dishwasher (not a big ...

„Very responsive owners, helpful when I had a couple of questions, clean apartment with everything you need. Nice downtown Appleton area with plenty of places to eat good food, explore some breweries if that’s your thing, and get some great desserts! Some noise at night from cars driving downtown, but nothing too crazy! Would definitely stay again if I was in the area! “

"Ein tolles Hotel mit einer beeindruckenden Lobby. Zimmer groß und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Das beste Hotel Gym was ich je in einem Hotel gesehen habe. Lage war leider etwas abgelegen, wobei Green Bay jetzt nicht so der Touristen Hot Spot ist. "

"- Room was not made for the entire stay of 4 days. - Room so noisy I could hear me neighbors noises load and clear. - Sauna is small, anything but hot (I guess around 60 DEG C), lacks Thermometer and Hygrometer gauges. - Jacuzzi had masses of foam on top like someone had poured soup into it. - Swimming pool is so shallow at one end that swimming is impossible and will hurt your feet and knee. - Today I was for breakfast in the Restaurant a few minutes after opening. 2 Customers, 5 employees. From ordering Omelette to serving it was 32 minutes. Breakfast took 58 Minutes in total. - This hotel could do with a refurbishment and serious employee training. "
