I found the stay a little awkward in that we entered an open front door, texted the host as instructed and received no response - it felt a little ‘Home Alone’ ish. „I have stayed here before and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time our air condition went out on Friday night and the room was extremely hot. Did not sleep at all and they did come fix it Saturday. They did not ask for a refund and for the price you were paying I think you should sleep very well. I did not ask for a refund, but I think it would’ve been customary to offer some sort of refund for a terrible night sleep.“
