„Super gelegen. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig, das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Wir würden es wieder buchen.“

„Well located and spacious Aparthotel near Maidan Square. Once you are inside the property it’s nice but entrance of the building is very shabby and stairs leading to the 2nd floor run down (no elevator). There is just 1 person at the reception and communication in English is impossible (had to do everything trough Google Translate). Had some problems to sleep as there was a constant noise from the neighbours above troughout the night. Difficult to take a shower without wetting all the floor as ...

„I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.“

„Ein Oberklassehotel, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Toller Spa Bereich und top ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio. Service Team sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Fussläufig ist das Zentrum problemlos zu erreichen. Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Zimmerservice auch einwandfrei.“
