„Wir hatten geglaubt das die Küche auch Geschirr und Möglichkeiten zum Kochen hat, so sieht es jedenfalls auf den Fotos aus. Irrtum, ausser Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle nichts vorhanden. Ansonsten sehr sauber und bequem“

„Great condo with all you need for a stay. Beds were perfect, not as soft as in the Hotels we were before. Only the kitchen floor was damaged so that one had to be careful not to stumble or kill the socks. Support by the concierge was fast and friendly. “

„A welcoming and warm place to stay with peaceful energy abundant in every room, the staff and the details. We equally enjoyed the greenhouse style lobby, rooftop pool and 1 Kitchen restaurant. We will come back to find out if the ubiquitous plants are actually providing the clean air atmosphere or a secret source of oxygen is at play. In any case, we feel refreshed like a walk through the forest. “

„Nous avons réservé pour deux adultes. 24-48 h avant l’arrivée, j’ai fait une demande : réponse rapide et claire. La dame (très gentille!) nous a trouvé une suite rien que pour nous. Le condo était super bien situé, calme et impeccable. Juste wow, merci mille fois! “

„Jede Frage und jede Bitte wurde beachtet. House Keeping hat z. B. fehlende Ausstattung in der Zimmerküche umgehend hochgebracht. Die Lage ist perfekt Nähe Hauptbahnhof und in unmittelbarer Nähe U-Bahn und Lebensmittel-Geschäfte. Einziger Nachteil: Parken in Downtown problematisch. Wenn man Hotelparken nutzen möchte hohe Gebühren, da direkt in Downtown. Nur zum einchecken (Anmelden und Koffer ausladen) stand sofort ein Polizist neben unserem Auto. „Perfect place for a coty trip. Cable car in front of the building. Super clean, really nice place. It was also easy to access and a Supermarkt is also close. WiFi was not working all the time but an agent helped via the sonder app and was responding within seconds. Will use Sonder again for sure. “

„The apartment is located very central (near CN Tower and Rogers Centre) and is very good equiped. We had a spectacular view to the skyline of Toronto from our apartment. The main bedroom is perfect. The sofa bed in the livingroom was damaged and not really clean so as the livingroom , when we arrived. Good staff, very helpful. Thank! No possibility to store your luggage when you don‘t already leave after check-out. So you have to use external luggage store.“

„Ich habe das „Exklusive-Apartment“ mit einem Schlafzimmer gebucht und war insgesamt überwiegend zufrieden. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment ist einfach umwerfend und lässt einen über weniger schöne Kleinigkeiten hinwegsehen. Besonders anstrengend habe ich empfunden, dass man in den Wochen zuvor viele E-Mails mit persönlichen Daten hin und her schreiben muss, um vom Global Day Team überhaupt die Check in Informationen zu erhalten. Sie verlangen, dass man ein Foto von seinem Reisepass per E-Mail ...

"Erwürdiges Hotel - direkt gegenüber von der Union Station. Es ist ein Erlebnis in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Unser Zimmer war auch gut eingerichtet, mit kleinem Bad. Leider war das Zimmer etwas hellhörig, vielleicht lag es auch an dem zu lauten Nachbarn. Das Essen im Hotel ist vorzüglich!"
