Stayed with a friend for a concert and had no problem getting an uber from the cottage. Dawnette was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond! I have to give praise to Dawnette we were in town for the CCR concert and all the hotels and vacation rentals were price gouging and she did not do that with her property. „I might still have chosen this place if it had been advertised correctly. The price is very good. The initial photo is deceptive. The streetcar is over a ten minute walk away 0.6 miles. The neighborhood is nice to one side but the building itself looks like a dump on the outside (paint would help). The price is great and the place is pretty clean. One pot was icky and the bed kept getting dust and dirt from either the very dirty ceiling fan or the air conditioner. It was great to have an air ...
