„Beside the lack of parking due to trucks with boats taking up 7-10 spots instead of parking on the side of the building where they have more than enough room themselves, like most people with trailer/boats do, this place is fantastic! Will stay again!“

„Perfect location. We could Walk the Katy trail to the farmers market and restaurants. The hotel bar was quaint and had wonderful crafted drinks. The dining room and food were fresh and delicious. Our room overlooked the river , but was somewhat noisy due to the cooling system located above us on the roof. Overall this hotel was nostalgic and a delight to stay at.“

„Zimmer mit 2 Betten und einer Komode mit Fernseher. Ansonsten leer, kein Stuhl, kein Tisch und auch kein Kofferständer. Man musste die Koffer auf den Boden legen.“

„This hotel is exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful, quaint, elegant hotel in the middle of downtown Sedalia. They have really done a lot to maintain the original construction as much as possible. The food in the Oak Room was 5 stars and moderately priced. Excellent walking distance to almost anything you would like to see. The downtown architecture is beautiful. Would definitely return.“

„It’s a standard motel in a small town about 25-30 miles away from Route 66. We were looking to see a bit more of countryside instead of driving the interstate and we found it. The town is made up of about ten streets and has maybe a population of 4000. I guess the nearby prison provides the town with jobs. The room and furniture were older. It was ok for a nights stay.“

„The property was convenient to the highway, food and gas stations. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Parking was good and we felt safe. The TV had about 50 stations and the room was up to date. Breakfast was very minimal with waffles, busquits and gravy and sausages. Overall an excellent deal, especially given the price.“

„Our stay was not great. The hotel and room both smelled like dog, the room was not especially clean, and we had ants in our room. The bathroom door frame was loose and made a very loud noise every time the door opened. Breakfast was also sub-par. The biggest concern was that staff told someone else what room we were staying in. Even though it was someone we knew, that felt like a real breach of privacy and trust. There were some positives: the room had a Keurig and fridge, the waffle maker was ...

„I have stayed in some dumps and this is hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Changed rooms because mine was absolutely filthy. Next room was better but still dirty. Left my tablet in the first room and the cleaner stole it. Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.“

„The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort.“
