Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. I didn't need anything else from the host. It was clean and overall pretty nice! The stairs you take to get up to the room are pretty loud, so I woke up one time when other people got home to other rooms during my stay, but that was it! Overall good. „The room was marginally OK: clean and no ``subtenents''; but the bathroom installations were kind of run down, the toilett chair was ``for children'' and the wallpaper was almost coming off. The basic communication w/ the management was only possible via unsave (http / no https) WiFi and marginally via text messages (SMS). They were obviously assumung smart-phone usage via insecure chanels. I use a dumb-phone and a 2024 thinkpad (laptop). I took me some effort using secure internet connection  ...
