Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. “

„Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zusaätzlich stellen die freundlichen und hilfbereiten Vermieter Pantoffeln, Stadtpläne, Getränke und einige Snacks zur Verfügung. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz und die Metro-Station, von der aus man direkt zur 'Mall', dem Zentrum von Washington kommt, ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten gut zu erreichen und verfügt über ein preisgünstiges Parkhaus. Sehr zu empfehlen!“

„Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology.“
