„We were in Beautiful Winfield to drop our son off at Southwestern College. We chose this because well 1 it was convenient to everyone, and 2 because it was clean. We enjoyed our stay, it was great having such an amazing place to work through the emotions of leaving your kids at college for the first time. We had plenty of space and fresh coffee for the morning. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone we can. Thanks Mike“

„It was a good stay. There were a few small issues like lights not working and tv being a bit of a struggle to find something to watch, but we figured it out. It was just a place for us to sleep and shower which was fine. I might add that for people with disabilities or small children, the extra bedrooms are in the basement. “

„Our son graduated from Wichita State University and this was the perfect spot for our family to stay comfortably and close by to campus. The pool table, games, and spacious & peaceful backyard were a true bonus that helped us truly enjoy our weekend. The hosts were very responsive and checked in with us after our first night to make sure we didn't need anything.“

„I stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was very comfy. Property manager was very responsive (after I couldn't figure out the front door..lol). Bed was comfortable, plenty of tableware, fast internet and a small but mighty kitchen. Great for short or long term. “

„This is a cute little house in an older community. There's neighbors pretty close on both sides but seemed friendly. My 16 yr old daughter and I were there for a girls softball trip and it was exactly what we needed. The AC cooled the house down quickly, there's ceiling fans in every room which was a nice touch. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The best part about this house is it was between the two fields we could play at and within 5 minutes of everything you could need - fast food, ...

„I used the Guide House for a personal retreat, and it was perfect for what I needed. Space to rest, relax, and read, and a kitchen to cook for myself. It was in a great location too, so it was a quick trip to the grocery store, to get what I needed.Benny communicated all the details I needed, and reminded me of checkout procedures the night before.I'd definitely come here again!“
