„We loved the house. Anne and Emily were great communicators, friendly and helpful, and the house was perfect - we both had our own bedroom and bathroom, we loved the fireplace, and we would have used the back deck if it had been warmer. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a quick walk to downtown and a hiking/bike path. We'd never been to the Mt Princeton Hot Springs and it was just a short drive to get there. Highly recommend both the hot springs and the house.“

„This property was cute. There were a couple of personal dislikes. First the bed squeaks horribly. Every time you get in and out, roll over etc. Thank goodness I remembered my ear plugs for both myself and my husband or we would not have had any sleep. The shower does not drain so by the end you are standing in dirty soapy water. Otherwise it was everything we needed for our stay. “

„We had a wonderful time on this property. The listing is accurate and the house is a special getaway from busy life. Out of the way but still so close to everything. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, hot chocolate next to the fire and great movies after dinner. The owner has everything you need. Check in was easy, the location was easy to find, and the owner was so accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend. “

„My wife and I (and our little dog) had a wonderful time in Donna's place along the Gunnison River. In mid-May the river was quite full and fast. It is only 50 feet out the back door with chairs on the back deck or a swinging seat in the yard overlooking the river. As mentioned in her description we had deer walking thru the yard every day. „This place needs a good deep down cleaning & some much needed repairs. It worked fine for our needs, but we washed any dish we needed to use before using it. Cobwebs in many places. Like the cleaning crew only hits the high spots & not very good at that. Paid too much for the place since it is in need of so many repairs! The pictures make it look much better than it is.“
