„I was a little hesitant to book the place due to the reviews I had read. So I was pleasantly surprised. The house was clean and wasn’t musky nor did it smell of mold. And the screen on the front was not moldy it is green from the trees it sets under. Yes the house could use a few repair. But for an old house. It’s just like the pictures show My only complaint would be that I had to bring my own towels.But other than that. The place was perfect for us and our 2 furbabies. Oh we did see a ...

„We absolutely loved this place! It’s simple and beautiful. We could retire in this home! The hosts are amazing!!!!! The day before we were scheduled to arrive there was a huge thunderstorm that flooded their dock and caused damage. They spent all the next day (our arrival date) repairing and cleaning the dock and property for our arrival. We would have totally understood if the dock wouldn’t be able to use during our stay but I was. They are clearly special people with a special place to stay. ...

„We had a girls trip with 5 women. Everyone loved the house. It was clean, and decorated so cute. It had everything we needed. It was right on the water. Nice view. Short drive to Oaklawn and bath houses and all the cute shops. Will definitely stay there again! “

„Owner was super responsive. Interior was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice amenities. Overall a 5 star inside. Exterior could use some cleanup-lots of weeds and high grass. Patio and porch were not used but could have used a sweep with a leaf blower. “

„Vacation with my daughters for a rockhounding adventure. The property was as described. House was cozy and nicely decorated.Could have used a little cleaning on the baseboards, bathroom door and wainscotting. These were just small things that didn't affect our stay.“

„What an incredible stay! Plenty of space and many different comfortable gathering areas indoors and out. Tons to do - putting, swimming, hot tubbing, games, etc. Made a couple suggestions (enough forks, better towels, etc) to ensure a large group could be comfortable and keep the place 5 stars, but generally speaking it’s a wonderful vacation house. Would book again! “

„It was a pleasant stay, if you are just looking for a place to spend the night its good. The bed was comfortable, the shower/bathroom was very small (one person at a time), the communication with the host was not great. On night 2, the Netflix account was not working and I texted her, never responded back so had to use our account - no issue there (they have a label saying to not log out of accounts) “

„We stayed here for two nights while exploring Hot Springs National Park. We loved the layout of the house and appreciated how clean it was. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and the relaxing views of the lake. Would absolutely stay here again. “

„A second lamp is needed in the downstairs bedroom. I had to get in bed in the dark. My husband was already asleep. The facility was very nice and just what we needed“
